Shanbo reverse circulation drilling rig adopts the latest foreign RC drilling and production technology, and the drilling dust can be effectively collected by dust collector, thus avoiding environmental pollution. Slag can also be collected by cyclone separator, which can be used for sampling and analysis in geological exploration departments. It is the first choice equipment for drilling and other deep holes in geological exploration.
The drilling rig can use compressed air reverse circulation DTH drilling in various strata. The lifting, compensation, loading and unloading, rotation and feeding, outrigger, hoisting and walking of the drilling rig are all realized by hydraulic system, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the construction efficiency and engineering quality.
The mechanical structure includes four parts: chassis, frame, carriage and power head assembly.
★ Chassis assembly: it mainly includes a walking skeleton and a four-wheel belt for construction machinery standards. The four-wheel belt includes a guide wheel tensioning device assembly, a supporting wheel, a sprocket wheel, a driving wheel and a track shoe. The high-pressure plunger motor drives the driving wheel to realize the walking of the drilling rig.
★ Frame assembly: composed of frame assembly welding and hydraulic oil tank. Engine, radiator, hood and other components are installed in the middle of the frame, and consoles, fuel tanks and batteries are installed on both sides.Accessories, four legs are installed at four diagonal corners of the frame. The front end of the frame is welded with a centering device, and the rear end is welded with a traction device. The chassis and the frame are connected by bolts.
★ Carriage part: It consists of internal and external carriages, sprockets and chains. A power head is installed on the sliding plate, and the sliding plate and the chain are connected to realize the lifting and sliding of the power head on the sliding frame through the lifting of the propulsion oil cylinder. The main winch and auxiliary winch can be optionally installed on the carriage for casing running and drilling tool hoisting.
★ Power head assembly: that is, the gearbox assembly consists of a box body, a box cover, an output shaft, gears, bearings and seals. The upper end is connected with the compressed air input from the air pipe to impact the drill bit, and the lower end is connected with the drill rod. The rotary motor and the gear are connected to make the power head realize forward and reverse rotation, thus driving the cutting and rotating power system of the drill bit to include power transmission, engine cooling, air intake and exhaust, shock absorption, fuel and other subsystems.
